Recon Independent Assessments again provided investigative services, in partnership with the Architect working for Facilities Maintenance, on a university campus in North Florida to provide valuable information that will allow for the creation of repair documents to stop ongoing water intrusion issues affecting a building.
By documenting the existing conditions and performing testing, we were able to locate the defects causing the water intrusion.
A report documenting the sources of water along with photos detailing and supporting our conclusions was submitted the following day.
Recon is proud to have built an ongoing relationship with the facilities staff and architect that has been ongoing for years.

Our documentation of the existing conditions and qualitative results from diagnostic testing will be utilized by a design professional to develop a repair plan that can be used to estimate costs for the repairs.
