If you’re finding the process of having field quality control testing performed on the project is an unpleasant event, you may be working with the wrong company.
Recon Independent Assessments knows the stress that testing creates and strives to ensure that test days are not just productive, but easy going and beneficial.
When failures happen, we can switch roles when asked to help determine the cause of the failure and how to correct the problem that lead to water penetration.
Make your 2018 a more relaxed and productive year, give us a call!
We’re always available via phone to help you understand the testing that may be required on your project.
Our newest client called to ask a few questions about the field quality control testing they were going to be required to pass on the project. Over the course of a few weeks and multiple conversations to help them understand the standards and procedures, Recon was asked to join the project to provide Third Party field quality control testing.
In addition to providing the required testing, we were able to assist our client in diagnosing issues that were identified during the site visit, at no additional charge.
Recon strives to perform services holistically, meaning, we see greater value in moving the project forward to a successful conclusion when we are there. Its our goal to aid in the completion of the building envelope, not just give it a thumb up or down.
Recon recently completed another round of field testing on curtain wall mock-ups for a hospital’s vertical expansion project.
Recon is looking forward to continuing to work with hospital staff, the project architect, the construction team and the glazing system installers to deliver a watertight building that will serve the community for decades to come.
The importance of creating a watertight building envelope is critical along coastal Florida communities.
Recon was honored to be entrusted to provide field quality control testing of installed windows and doors in several multi-million dollar residential projects this year.
By partnering with the builder, window installer and architect, we were able to verify the success of the installation of quality products in the homes.
